A Note About Recycled Skateboard Furniture


Due to the fact that our furniture is constructed from actual used skateboards, every Skate Or Design product is unique. Despite this fact, all of our products are built to meet our specifications and high quality standards. It is our goal to make you, the customer, happy. We are open to your color/design preferences and requests. You may make a request for specific colors, etc. at the time of order. We have a vast inventory of broken skateboards and will always do our best to meet your preference requests, although we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all special requests. 


Screening for Offensive Content


While 75% or more of the skateboard artwork we see is safe for all viewers, some skateboard artwork may be offensive to, or unsuitable for certain audiences. Please let us know at the time of order if you would NOT like your products screened for offensive material. Our definition of offensive material includes profanity, violent imagery, drug/alcohol references, and nudity. We do our best to screen for and remove/not include offensive content on all products (unless you like it!)


Returns and exchanges


Defects/Shipping Damages

We will repair or replace all defective merchandise for a similar, equivalent item. Please contact us before returning any products. If items are received damaged, contact us immediately so we can make a shipping damage claim. If cartons appear damaged when delivered, please take photos of the boxes before opening them. Call us immediately if the goods are also damaged, so we can file claim with the courier. 


Return Policy

Please inspect your merchandise the day it arrives. We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, but if you are not, contact us to let us know that you plan to return an item. We accept returns within 10 working days of your receipt of the merchandise. Returns requested after 10 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will credit you for the returned item(s) providing they arrive in the same condition it left our warehouse. All returns must be packaged properly and insured for breakage and loss. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.


Cancellation

All orders canceled after production has begun (typically within 3-5 days) will incur a cancellation fee of 20% or $99 (whichever is less).


Payment


Payment is due in full prior to shipment of your order. We currently accept most major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, etc.) and major forms of online payment (PayPal, etc.) 


Custom orders

Production of “build to order” or custom items will not begin until payment is received in full.


Shipping


Shipping and Handling

We ship worldwide please contact us for a shipping quote if shipping to your area is not provided. We use UPS and USPS for most domestic (Continental USA) shipments.  


For shipments outside of the Continental USA, please phone or email us for quotes and rates. International clients are responsible for all customs, tariffs and other fees/charges. 


In most cases we ship in stock orders within 2-3 business days and any back ordered items, or made to order items in 2-4 weeks. Special orders and large wholesale orders may take 3 to 6 weeks depending on the nature of the order, and our production schedule.

All Prices in our catalogs or website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct typos and printing errors appearing in our catalogs, printed pricing or website. All products are subject to availability. Sales and specials on deckstool.com or affiliated websites do not apply to wholesale or other discounted orders (to the trade program, etc.) We reserve the right to terminate any order or business account found to be violating this agreement.

By placing an order and/or applying for for a wholesale/trade account with Skate Or Design / Deckstool.com, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
